Southern California Wildfire Resources
  • What is Builder Trend?

BuilderTrend is a construction project management software that allows our teams to collaborate and manage projects more efficiently.

  • Can I live in my home directly after a fire?

More than likely you will need to find a temporary location. In most cases, your insurance will pay for additional living expenses while you are displaced.

  • How long until I can be back in my home?

The best answer can be determined when our estimator speaks to your insurance adjuster. However, our field representative will give you a fair assessment.

  • What does the debris removal process involve?

    Our debris removal includes:

    1. Site inspection & hazardous material assessment.
    2. Removal of ash, burned structures, & household debris.
    3. Foundation removal (optional, if selected).
    4. Erosion control.
  • Can I remove the debris myself?

Fire debris often contains hazardous materials such as asbestos, lead, and other toxic substances. Handling it without proper safety protocols may result in health risks, environmental violations, or disposal penalties. Professional removal ensures safety, compliance, and proper documentation for rebuilding.

  • Do I need to file my claim immediately?

Yes. Do not delay! Your insurance carrier could pay for your lodging and other assistance as stated in your insurance policy.

  • On an insurance loss, do I get to choose my contractor?

Yes. You are allowed to select a contractor of your choice.
